At Melorra, we offer a Lifetime Exchange policy for all purchases made in India, ensuring flexibility and value for our customers.

Eligibility:

• Online orders: Products can be exchanged after 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Retail store purchases: Products can be exchanged after 15 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange Value:

• Products can be exchanged at the current market value, subject to deductions for:
  • Making charges as per the original invoice.
  • Processing fee of 3% of the Buy Back value.
  • Any discounts or free gifts availed during the purchase (you may also return the free gift).

How It Works:

1. The adjusted exchange value (after deductions) can be used toward the purchase of new products (excluding Coins and Solitaires).
2. Exchange credit remains valid for 365 days and cannot be encashed.
3. Repeat order discounts do not apply to exchange orders.
4. Prepaid discounts (if any) are only valid on the additional amount paid by the customer.

Important Notes:

• Jewellery altered by anyone other than Melorra will not be eligible for exchange.
• Exchange value may vary based on our quality inspection.

• A deduction of ₹500 will apply if the original product certificate is lost.
• Online orders include orders placed from retail stores.
• Products not purchased from Melorra (online or retail) are not eligible for exchange.
• International orders placed on Melorra.com are not eligible for Lifetime Exchange.

Return & Refund Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction with our 100% Refund Guarantee for online orders returned within 15 days of delivery.

Online Purchases:

• Return within 15 days for a 100% refund or exchange.
• Shipping charges (to and from) will be borne by us.

Retail Store Purchases:

• Return within 15 days for an exchange of 100% value.
• Refunds are not applicable for retail store purchases.

Exceptions:

• No refunds or exchanges for customized, international, or coin orders.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
