With over 2 decades of experience in building successful brands in India and the USA, Saroja was responsible for transforming brand Tanishq into an aspirational jewellery brand in India. Her calling cards include launching Tanishq stores in USA and work-wear jewellery for the first time in the Indian jewellery industry.

Melorra was born of her passion for innovation, her decision to address the existing gap in the market and her extensive collaboration with industry bodies like World Gold Council, Diamond Trading Corporation (DeBeers) and Platinum Gold International.

An award-winning designer, panel speaker and jury member at several prestigious design competitions, Deepshikha has over 16 years of experience in the jewellery industry. She has previously served as the Creative Head of Sama Jewellery, a high-end couture jewellery manufacturer, and brings to Melorra a keen sense of design and aesthetics. An accessory design graduate from NIFT, Deepshikha’s design philosophy is guided by her passion for art.

Nirdosh Chouhan is an aspiring leader in software engineering with 20+ years of strategic growth in managing teams, distributed enterprise products and applications. In his last role in OYO, he oversaw the company’s platform and revenue technology prior to joining Melorra. Over his tenure of 20+ years, he has worked with leading brands like OYO, Apple, Oracle and NetApp.

Dipti Bara is an aspiring leader with over 15+ years of hands-on merchandising experience. Prior to joining Melorra she was leading the Kidswear & Jewellery category for Myntra. She has also worked with Arvind Brand & Lifestyle.​

Prasanth comes with 18 years of experience post a MBA from Narsee Monjee. In his career he has gathered expertise on running large operations and customer servicing teams for organizations like Vogo, Nestaway and Flipkart. Prashant was responsible for setting up Flipkart’s customer care team in 2011. ​

Naveen is a seasoned Finance professional with 25+ years of experience into various aspects of Finance and Management. His career spans across FMCG and Retail companies like Health & Glow; Kaya; Bunge; Marico Ltd. He holds his expertise in Compliance; M&A support; integration management and strategic management of company from a financial perspective. Apart from core competency in Finance have managed Commercial & Supply Chain in both retail & manufacturing environment. Experienced in working in diverse culture & geographies across S-E Asia through strong people management skills. ​

Kushal is a Sales & Marketing professional with more than 14 years of experience. He has worked across categories like stationery, foods, beverages, and personal care in organisations like ITC, Carlsberg India and Jubilant FoodWorks. He is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta. In his last stint he was leading the brand and growth verticals for Domino’s India and scaling their online commerce platforms. He is passionate about building brands and building teams that come together to deliver growth. ​

Abhinav Kumar is a passionate leader with over 22+ years of hands-on Retail experience with Record of accomplishments in governing large revenues, scale up of network, Fortifying new geographies and segments, Concluding successful negotiations and augmenting market share. Prior to joining Melorra he was leading Aldo India. He has worked with Arvind Brands – US Polo and Titan.
